Hurray for the students and teachers of Ladson Elementary! Together we were able to donate over $1300.00 to the Red Cross for the Haiti fund.

Teacher of the Year
It is truly an honor to serve as Teacher of the Year for Ladson Elementary. Along with this honor comes a great responsibility. I feel that I am representing one of the best faculties at one of the finest schools in Charleston County. I have been a teacher at Ladson for thirty-two years and have seen many things change. The one thing that has remained constant is this faculty's devotion to the students they teach, and the adminstration's desire to make this a school of achievement. I have told the people I meet that we are a little known gem in the district's crown because we are quietly caring, and educating our children. I am proud to be a teacher, and I am even prouder to be a teacher at Ladson Elementary.
