Our Teacher of the Year - Kate Gleaton!!
Kate Gleaton is a Reading Intervention teacher at Ladson. Originally from Center Valley, PA, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education from Widener University Widener University and a master’s degree in literacy from Clemson University
Gleaton has 13 years of experience, including seven years at Ladson.

I have had four children attend Ladson Elementary School, and when my youngest leaves next year we will miss it. My kids have had some great teachers and great memories over the years. - J. Poston, a Ladson Parent
Ladson Elementary School has been a great school. I enjoy how the news show has a fun word of the day. PE is our best special area, I also enjoyed when PE and Library teamed up to teach together. - A. McCants, 5th grade
