Phoebe Popelka

Welcome to CD2!

My name is Phoebe Popelka and I have had the pleasure of being a part of the Ladson team since 2011. During this time, I taught in the Head Start program. Now I’m excited to begin the next chapter of my teaching career as a Child Development teacher.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Governors University. I also attained certifications in Elementary and Early Childhood Education.
I have lived in the Lowcountry for ten years. I’m married with two children, a dog and a bird. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and shop for bargains.
We’re going to have fun learning so many great things this year and I’m looking forward to every minute of it!!
